Last Wednesday I visited the living fair, which I find always lovely to do. There are so many beautiful things to see on residential area, there walk around and all the beauty in me makes me happy. The most fun I find visiting the inspiration homes by well-known living magazines. This I’ll share next week. This year I was surprised by two other beautiful homes! A House decorated by chore and an extra apartment decorated by VTwonen, a real King House. Both gems where I not bargained for and thereby extra special.
House of chore on the woonbeurs
Chore used a beautiful autumn color palette. Blue shades, bright yellow, warm copper and orange and bright green. Each room had a different appearance, yet it closed nicely at each other. There is used a variety of fabrics, textures and patterns. The walls were decorated with mood boards and through all the rooms were styled corners with beautiful still lifes to admire. There was also a large role for nature, with prints, but also many plants real plants, cacti and branches.
Royal family according to VTwonen
This Royal House was worked out down to the last detail by VTwonen. The atmosphere was great, with everywhere large portraits of members of the Royal family, the use of Royal Blue and spaces trimmed with Ribbon. Like you walked through a museum. The spaces themselves were a single entity, with soft and quiet colors. Fairy-like to walk through. The whole was impressive, with the smallest details and references. A pair of scissors to a Ribbon, a Crown and the occasional hint of Orange. It was an experience to walk through, really a nice goodie! The living fair is yet to visit until next Sunday.
