This apartment has even sloping ceilings, making it very small to soon might feel, but that does not work! This is due to the use of color (or lack thereof), white! The walls, floor and furniture all have shades of white, making it to the eye is a quiet and more spacious. The clear coffee table gives optical much space, because it breaks the space does not, as a wooden table here would stand saw the much opgepropter from.
The white chairs with airy legs provide a spatial effect. For extra storage and as an extension of the kitchen there is a extra closet in the dining room. This saves space on the kitchen counter! It is maybe some unsociable to not to hang curtains, but the lack of window coverings does work to ensure that the space is not broken up and more spacious look. The simple lamp is almost inconspicuous and contributes to the spatial feeling.
The bedroom is part of the living space. The white bed linen falls away in the walls making the bed barely stands out. But it’s definitely not a wimp, with the many pillows, rug and it hung over the bed. The bedside table is just like the coffee table of clear plastic, which makes it almost invisible.
Ideas from this property you can apply in your own home:
- Choose a quiet and run as far as possible by color in walls, floors and furniture
- Choose transparent furniture or furniture on legs
- Minimize window coverings
- Add warmth and life with dress and plants
- Choose simple, unobtrusive lamps
- Use all the space, also seemingly empty areas
- Take a low, deep closet for extra storage space
